Clasmart is an online classifieds marketplace that lets users publish listings and contact each other to buy and sell goods and services. Clasmart is an intermediary: unless expressly stated, Clasmart is not the seller of the items listed and is not a party to transactions between users.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sellers may complete identity verification; verified accounts display a badge. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and content of their listings, including photos, descriptions, price and availability. Listings must correspond to real items the seller owns or is authorized to sell.
You may not list illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeit items, weapons or regulated goods without authorization, or any item whose sale is prohibited by law. Fraud, scams, spam, misleading pricing and harassment are strictly prohibited and result in removal and account termination.
Buyers and sellers negotiate and complete transactions directly. We recommend meeting in safe public places, inspecting items before paying, and never sending advance payments to unknown sellers. Clasmart does not process payments between users and is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of listed items, or for losses arising from user transactions, except where required by law.
Sellers may purchase promotion packages (such as featured listings) under the prices and durations shown at checkout. Package features activate after payment confirmation. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund conditions.
Any user may report a listing or seller. We review reports and may remove content, limit features or close accounts at our reasonable discretion to protect the community.
You retain rights to content you publish and grant Clasmart a license to display it on the Platform. The Clasmart name, logo and design are property of Galva Global Holdings LLC and may not be used without authorization.
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clasmart and Galva Global Holdings LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or from transactions between users.
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
